Having the top “shoe game” of the year is not an easy claim. A closet filled with the same Christian Louboutin platform pumps in varying colors is not impressive enough to claim the title of having the best dressed feet in 2011. Socialite gone celebrity Olivia Palermo is an effortless addition to this list as her dressing is ranked up there with the international best dressed set, but Olivia Wilde may not be such an obvious choice. A look at the Cowboys & Aliens star’s shoes throughout a year of multiple movie premieres – Wilde starred in 5 movies in addition to a short film and the TV series House – and events confirm her as a shoe diva.

Alexa Chung, number 6 on the list, often opts for a low to flat heel but her choices are never short on charm. Also, see our ‘Honorable Mention’ celebrity. She did not quite make the list but she did merit a mention.
