The 164 year-old Swiss label, Bally, presents the spring 2016 collection during Milan Fashion Week and like the runway collection, the handbags are a complete set of minimal, classics. Designed with a careful modern eye, shoulder bags, totes, and clutches are offered in silk cady, double-faced cashmere, raw silk and suede fabrics. A color palette of blush pink, ochre and sierra, this is “neo-couture walking down the street,” the house notes. “Unexpected details worn with nonchalance,” the spring collection features quilted clutches, large buckles across handbags, and a vintage scarf-print quilted shoulder style. The collection is, simply put, beautiful.
